Highly recommend DOW Heating and Air Conditioning!! Duane was very nice and answered all of my questions when I called to schedule my appointment. He even had a technician at my house within two hours of me calling, which was very impressive since everyone is extremely busy these days! The young gentleman that came to our house was very nice as well, and he fixed our heater in no time! Very thankful for the both of them! My kids are now happy and warm! DOW Heating and Air Conditioning has a life long customer in me!

My furnace broke about a month ago. Mr. Dow and his son came over and had to get parts from collinsvile to repair my problem . The two of them spent most of the day to repair my problem . They were extremely reliable and provided excellent help. I am VERY grateful for their competent and caring service , especially since it was in this very cold spell!!
I highly recommend them (6 stars).
